Do I need a credit card to start?: Yes — your 7-day trial on the Growth plan begins after checkout. You can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Is there per-user pricing?: No. All plans are flat-rate. No per-user metering — works for your whole team within each plan's user limit.
Can I invite my team members?: Yes. Starter supports up to 5 users, Growth up to 25, and Business up to 100. All seats are included in your plan.
What happens to my agreements if I cancel?: Your agreements remain accessible for a grace period after cancellation. You can export everything before your account closes.
Is e-signing legally binding?: Yes. Contract Tracker's e-signatures are legally binding under applicable electronic signature legislation, and every signing is backed by a full audit certificate.
What support is available?: All plans include email support. Business plan customers receive priority support. Help documentation is available at any time.
